7. Now and again, let go:
There will inevitably be days where you will feel like eating a burger with extra cheese and large fries. If you have been doing well for a few days, it is safe to say that you can afford yourself that luxury. Just make sure there aren’t too many days like that.

8. Move on from the bad days:
Eating too much on a single day is probably the biggest reason why people give up trying to lose weight. In reality, indulgence for a day does not do much damage.

Simply put down the caloric equivalent of the day and keep going.

9. Remember, you have come a long way:
Gaining back inspiration could be as simple as looking at the number of calories you have already burned. Keep track and whenever needed, pat yourself on the back for doing so well.

10. Sleep on it:
If things can only look up from here, they probably will. Sometimes the best strategy is simply getting some sleep. If today was a low point, odds are, tomorrow will be much better.
