Fun Exercise Ideas: Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport. It is played by 2 or 4 players, taking positions on opposite sides of a rectangular net. The object of the game is to score points by striking a shuttlecock with your racquet so that it passes over the net and hits the ground on your opponent’s side.
Each game is played up to 21 points. A match is usually the best of 3 games.
