Fun Exercise Ideas: Backyard Soccer
Backyard Soccer is simple to play, a lot of fun and great exercise too. All you need is an open space, a soccer ball & some way to mark two goal areas and you’re away.
Object of the game:
Get the ball into the other side’s goal (can’t be simpler!).

Backyard Soccer Ideas:
- Get your own family involved. Create Father-son, mother -son, mother-daughter, sister-brother teams etc.
- Start with a “soccer party”. Invite your friends & neighbors over and set up teams of 4 or 5 each.
- Play on Saturday & Sunday afternoon’s and gradually build upto a good game of 1-2 hours each session.
